Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chairman McAlister at 8:05.

1. Applicant: Joanne Duval
Parcel: Map 402, Lot 8.1
Location: 1071 Burt Hill Road
Description: 10’ by 12’ shed with conforming setbacks. There was no quorum, but the case was heard, and the two members present signed the site plan. The Site Plan will be left with the Town Clerk, so that the remaining members may study the plan and sign it, if they agree.
Action Taken: Case Open.
